When it comes to children’s entertainment, there are some names that have become an almost constant presence in the lives of young audiences and their families. From the familiar songs that help little ones learn their first words to the colorful adventures that introduce them to the world around them, preschool entertainment has continued to evolve alongside the ways families discover and enjoy content.
And over the past several years, Moonbug Entertainment has become one of the most recognizable names in that space, bringing some of today’s biggest preschool properties to audiences around the world.
Now, it looks like some of those familiar faces are getting another place to call home!
Paramount+ and Moonbug Entertainment have announced a new partnership that will bring more than 60 hours of children’s programming to the streaming platform, introducing a collection of series from some of Moonbug’s most popular franchises beginning November 1, 2026.
The agreement will bring content from CoComelon, Blippi, Meekah, Little Baby Bum and more to Paramount’s streaming platforms across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy and Latin America.
And for families who already have a few of these familiar songs playing throughout their homes, there will soon be another way to enjoy them.
The new programming will arrive in two waves, with the first collection becoming available on November 1 and additional titles joining the platform in December.
Leading the first wave is the debut season of Blippi, bringing the recognizable educational adventures of the curious and energetic character to Paramount+. Known for introducing young audiences to different places, everyday objects and the world around them, Blippi has become a familiar name in preschool entertainment, with its combination of live-action exploration, music and learning helping children discover new things through experiences designed with their curiosity in mind.
Joining Blippi on November 1 is the first season of CoComelon’s JJ’s Animal Time, a series that takes the familiar world of CoComelon and explores it through animal-themed adventures. With JJ continuing to be one of the most recognizable faces in modern preschool entertainment, the series offers another way for younger viewers to enjoy the characters and musical storytelling they have come to know.
The first wave will also include Little Angel, adding another collection of music-driven preschool entertainment to the platform.
But that’s not all Moonbug has planned for the partnership.
Beginning December 15, Paramount+ will expand its collection with the second season of Blippi, alongside the first two seasons of CoComelon’s The Melon Patch, Little Baby Bum Universe and Meekah.
And while each of these properties approaches preschool entertainment a little differently, there is a common thread connecting them through their focus on early childhood learning, music and experiences that children can recognize from their everyday lives.
Something that makes this partnership particularly interesting is the continued expansion of Moonbug’s programming beyond the digital platforms where many families first discovered these characters.
For years, properties such as CoComelon and Blippi have helped shape the way preschool audiences engage with entertainment online, particularly through short-form videos, musical content and episodes that children can return to again and again.
But as those audiences have grown, so have the opportunities for these properties to reach families through more traditional streaming services.
And with Paramount+ already offering a collection of children’s and family programming, including several recognizable preschool franchises, the addition of Moonbug’s titles gives families another selection of familiar characters to enjoy alongside the platform’s existing library.
There is also something worth considering about the way preschool audiences experience entertainment compared to older viewers.
While older children might follow an ongoing story or become invested in the development of a particular character over multiple seasons, younger audiences often connect with familiar songs, recognizable routines and characters who help make new experiences easier to understand.
And for properties such as CoComelon, Little Baby Bum and Blippi, that familiarity has become an important part of their appeal.
Whether children are learning about animals, exploring different environments or singing along with their favorite nursery rhymes, these programs offer experiences that can become part of their daily routines.

The announcement also comes as Moonbug continues expanding several of its properties through new collaborations and programming.
Recently, Blippi teamed up with Snoop Dogg’s Doggyland for a new take on the familiar “My Ice Cream Truck” song, while Meekah has been preparing to introduce a new spin-off series on YouTube this November.
Meanwhile, CoComelon has also been celebrating its twentieth anniversary on YouTube with the release of a new Nursery Rhyme Lullabies album, continuing the brand’s connection to music and early childhood entertainment.
And with the addition of Paramount+ as another streaming destination for these properties, it is clear that Moonbug is continuing to explore new ways to make its programming accessible to families across different platforms.
The first wave of Moonbug programming arrives on Paramount+ on November 1, 2026, with Blippi Season 1, CoComelon’s JJ’s Animal Time Season 1 and Little Angel.
The second wave follows on December 15, 2026, with Blippi Season 2, CoComelon’s The Melon Patch Seasons 1 and 2, Little Baby Bum Universe and Meekah.
And for families with young children who love singing along with JJ, exploring the world with Blippi or discovering something new with Meekah, there will soon be even more opportunities to enjoy their favorite characters together!
