Costumes, candy and just the right amount of not-so-spooky fun are heading to Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida this October.
As families begin planning their Halloween adventures, Peppa Pig and the rest of the Pig family are getting into the spirit of the season with the return of “Peppa’s Halloween Party.” Taking place across select weekends throughout October, the celebration brings trick-or-treating, special character appearances and plenty of preschool-friendly Halloween fun to the Florida theme park.
Because while older kids may be counting down the days until haunted houses, jump scares and everything that goes bump in the night, Halloween looks a little different when you’re only a few feet tall.
“Peppa’s Halloween Party” has been designed specifically with toddlers and preschoolers in mind, giving younger children a chance to experience many of the traditions that make Halloween exciting without all those frightening surprises. Families can explore the park while stopping at candy stations along the way, with a trick-or-treat bag included with admission.
Peppa and George are getting dressed up for the occasion as well. Both characters will appear in their Halloween costumes for special seasonal meet-and-greets, giving families an opportunity to grab a few photos before continuing their adventure around the park.
And when little legs need a break from all that trick-or-treating, families can head indoors to the park’s cinema for special Halloween episodes of “Peppa Pig” on the big screen. Between the familiar characters and a chance to sit down for a bit, it might also prove to be a welcome stop for parents before everyone heads back out in search of more candy.
The celebration will take place October 3-4, 10-11, 17-18 and 24-25 before wrapping up on Halloween itself, October 31. Better yet, the seasonal activities are included with general admission to Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida, meaning families don’t need a separate event ticket to join the party.
Halloween has become one of the biggest seasons for theme parks, with celebrations ranging from elaborate haunted attractions for adults and teens to daytime events designed around families. For parents of especially young children, however, finding something that captures the fun of the season without becoming too scary can sometimes require a little more searching.
Peppa seems more than happy to fill that gap.
So grab the costumes, get those trick-or-treat bags ready and prepare for a Halloween filled with Peppa, George and perhaps a few muddy puddles along the way.
Just try not to get any mud on the costumes.
