While we here at BSCKids have been covering Vee’s return from the coffin, now we can finally put together all the news and see just where the story is about to head. And we are truly ready to tune in on October 6 for its Disney Channel arrival, and again the next day on Disney+. Even more so now that the trailer is here.
Vee is back for a new school year filled once again with music — after all, what kind of performing arts school would it be without breaking into musical numbers? With new tracks, performances and even some collaborations, the musical offerings of the series are being turned up another notch.
But this isn’t going to be a repeat of her first year. Hardly. Rather, this year Vee is feeling herself as she is now regarded as a pop star. Who just so happens to have managed to convince everyone that Vampiria is her stage persona rather than her authentic self. Just a slight oversight on the path to stardom. Baby steps toward letting her full secret finally be disclosed.
Also in progress is the relationship between Vee and Elijah. While they may have already caught feelings for one another, the universe seems to be very much against this. Unleashing not only a prophecy about the end of the world on Halloween night, but also the interference of others determined to break up this new couple.
And this time, you have to wonder: How will Vee manage to save her relationship from the universe while also making sure the entire world doesn’t end before her midterms?
