Wild Republic and Australia Zoo Are Bringing the Wonders of Wildlife Home With New Plush Collection!

There is something truly special about the connection children can develop with animals. Whether it’s discovering a new favorite species, learning about the incredible creatures that share our planet or simply finding comfort in a beloved stuffed animal, those early experiences can help shape the way children see and understand the natural world around them.

And while not every family has the opportunity to visit a wildlife sanctuary or experience some of these extraordinary animals in person, there are still plenty of ways to introduce children to the importance of wildlife and the efforts being made to protect it.

Now, two familiar names are coming together to help bring a little of that experience into homes around the world.

Wild Republic has officially announced a new partnership with Australia Zoo to introduce the Australia Zoo Collection by Wild Republic, an exclusive assortment of wildlife-inspired plush toys and products celebrating some of the incredible animals that call the renowned Australian zoo home.

And this isn’t simply another collection of adorable stuffed animals.

The new collaboration brings together Wild Republic’s long-standing focus on creating realistic animal toys with Australia Zoo’s commitment to wildlife conservation and education, offering families an opportunity to discover more about different species while also supporting the organizations working to protect them.

Among the highlights of the collection is a signature crocodile plush featuring the iconic signature of the late Steve Irwin, whose passion for wildlife and conservation helped introduce millions of people around the world to the importance of protecting animals and their natural habitats.

It’s a particularly meaningful addition to the collection, considering just how closely crocodiles have become associated with the Irwin family’s legacy and the work that continues at Australia Zoo today.

But crocodiles aren’t the only animals getting a little attention.

The collection also features realistic plush versions of several familiar species, including koalas, red pandas and cheetahs, alongside a wider assortment inspired by the diversity of animals living at Australia Zoo. Each plush is designed with soft materials and realistic details, bringing together the comfort of a stuffed animal with the recognizable characteristics of the species it represents.

And there is another interesting addition for young wildlife enthusiasts.

A special wildlife projector featuring personal photographs captured by Robert Irwin is also part of the collection, giving families another opportunity to experience the animals through the perspective of someone who has spent much of his life surrounded by wildlife.

What makes this collaboration especially meaningful is the connection it creates between play and conservation.

For children, a favorite stuffed animal can often become much more than simply another toy. It can be the beginning of an interest in a particular species, an opportunity to ask questions about where an animal lives or even an introduction to the challenges wildlife faces in different parts of the world.

And with purchases from the new collection supporting Australia Zoo and Wildlife Warriors, the collaboration also connects those experiences to ongoing efforts to protect wildlife and the places they call home.

The partnership reflects the shared goals of both organizations, bringing together Wild Republic’s focus on inspiring curiosity about animals with Australia Zoo’s continued work in wildlife education and conservation.

The Australia Zoo Collection by Wild Republic is available exclusively through Amazon in the United States and Australia, offering families a new way to celebrate some of the world’s most fascinating animals while helping support the efforts to protect them for future generations.
