Part reality show, part musical journey, “The Next Headliner” is MGA’s latest adventure in the world of “LOL Surprise!”
The YouTube-native series premiered in August and has captivated viewers with its humor, heart and musical style with each new installment. Now, as the series heads into its final episode with high stakes for its five talented characters, it’s time to look back at the journey they’ve taken.
And what better way than to hear the story from the cast themselves?
BSCKids recently sat down with Indi Star (Violet Angel), Giselle Torres (B.B. Bonita) and Journey Montana (Shadow Princess, or Shadow), who star as three of the five members of the series’ girl group, Eclipse. We also spoke with director Chell Stephen.
We talked about how this mockumentary came to be, what it was like acting within a reality-show format and more.
Thank you to MGA, Indie Star, Giselle, Journey and Chell for speaking with us.
Be sure to catch “LOL Surprise The Next Headliner” on YouTube and stream the soundtrack from the series today!
