If there is one series that has completely owned 2026, it is none other than the one and only Miraculous.
We had the intense sixth season, plenty of standout developments and an even more anticipated seventh season coming soon. We are both ready and absolutely not even mentally prepared for what is to come. Just thinking about what has been building for Marinette and Adrien is making us teary-eyed.
Can these two just get a nice, long vacation away from Paris at this point?
While we wait for even more stories, the truly wonderful team over at Miraculous Corp is already gearing up to drop a new Miraculous story on us today — Miraculous Miracle Power, presented by BYD.
While it doesn’t appear to be part of the main storyline, at least from what we can tell so far, it has all the makings of another epic adventure between Ladybug and Cat Noir.
The internet is never wrong, especially when trailers like these are so incredible.
A dark Paris, danger looming, and Ladybug and Cat Noir are the only ones up to the task of saving the day. It sounds both simplistic and elevated at the same time. Especially because, from what we’ve seen so far, there doesn’t appear to be any influence from the Butterfly Miraculous.
Meaning this may very well be a case where our heroes aren’t playing against another Miraculous holder. Instead, they could be facing something potentially even more dangerous or alluring.
And with the fight seemingly bringing our heroic duo together without their usual backup, it almost feels like an homage to those earlier adventures when it was just the two of them against everything else.
Yes, we love the other heroes. We love seeing the larger team come together and watching the world of Miraculous continue to expand.
But after everything that has happened, and everything that has changed, there is something rather nice about seeing Ladybug and Cat Noir standing together again.
Just the original two against the world.
And something is telling us it will take everything they have to win this time.
A win they always deserve — and one we can’t wait to watch.
