It’s time to duel.
Though perhaps finding the right shoes should come first.
Anime has continued to find its way into practically every corner of fashion, giving fans increasingly creative ways to bring their favorite characters and series into their everyday style. Crocs has become particularly good at embracing that trend, and now another legendary anime franchise is preparing to step into the spotlight.
“Yu-Gi-Oh!” is teaming up with Crocs for a new collection inspired by characters and monsters from the original anime and manga series, with everything set to launch in the U.S. on September 10.
Four different unisex clog designs will be available, and Crocs certainly isn’t being subtle about the inspiration behind them.
Yami Yugi gets a purple Classic Clog complete with the Millennium Puzzle hanging across the front on a faux chain. The shoes also feature Jibbitz charms inspired by Yami, Dark Magician, a Duel Disk and one of the franchise’s iconic cards.
Seto Kaiba naturally gets a design of his own. His black Classic Clog features the Kaiba Corp insignia alongside charms of Kaiba, his Duel Disk and, of course, Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Both the Yami Yugi and Seto Kaiba Classic Clogs will retail for $69.99.
For fans who would rather let the monsters take center stage, Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Dark Magician are also receiving their own designs.
The Blue-Eyes White Dragon clog takes its color inspiration directly from the legendary monster and features several Blue-Eyes charms alongside Kaiba. Dark Magician gets a purple Echo Clog decorated with charms inspired by the monster’s recognizable hat and staff. Those two designs will retail for $89.99 each.
Because apparently summoning Blue-Eyes White Dragon now requires the proper footwear.
Fans who don’t necessarily need an entirely new pair of Crocs can still add a little Duel Monsters energy to shoes they already own. Individual Jibbitz charms featuring Joey Wheeler, Seto Kaiba, Yami and Yugi Muto will be released alongside a five-pack dedicated to monsters from the series. Pricing for the charms has yet to be announced.
The collaboration also continues what has become a surprisingly busy year for anime and gaming-inspired Crocs. Earlier in 2026, collections connected to “One Piece,” “Pokémon” and “Super Mario” also made their way into the footwear world.
It is another sign of just how commonplace anime fashion has become. Fans once had to look toward specialty stores and convention floors for much of their wearable fandom merchandise. Today, some of the world’s most recognizable anime and gaming characters are increasingly finding their way onto mainstream footwear, apparel and accessories.
For “Yu-Gi-Oh!,” a franchise built around instantly recognizable characters, monsters and symbols, there is certainly no shortage of material to work with.
The “Yu-Gi-Oh!” Crocs and Jibbitz collection launches September 10 in the U.S.
Just remember: wearing the Kaiba Crocs probably won’t actually help you summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
