“PAW Patrol” Continues Building a Bigger World Beyond the Screen With New Museum Experience

PAW Patrol is continuing to prove that its adventures don’t end when the credits roll.

As anticipation builds for PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, the globally beloved preschool franchise is expanding far beyond movie theaters, bringing young fans even more ways to experience Adventure Bay through immersive attractions, interactive events and family-friendly destinations.

The latest stop on that growing journey arrives at London’s Natural History Museum, where Paramount Products & Experiences has partnered with the world-renowned institution to launch a PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie pop-up shop inspired by the franchise’s prehistoric adventure.

Open through August 31, the experience gives families more than an opportunity to shop for themed merchandise. Visitors can explore interactive activity areas, themed displays and hands-on experiences that transport children into the dinosaur-filled world awaiting the Rescue Pups in their newest theatrical adventure.

The collaboration arrives just ahead of the film’s United Kingdom theatrical release on August 5, where audiences will follow Chase, Skye and the rest of the team after they become stranded on a mysterious tropical island filled with dinosaurs. Alongside new ally Rex, the pups must protect the island after Mayor Humdinger’s latest scheme threatens the prehistoric paradise.

While the museum experience celebrates the upcoming film, it also reflects a much broader evolution for the franchise.

Over the past several years, PAW Patrol has steadily transformed from a hit preschool television series into one of children’s entertainment’s most expansive family brands. Beyond television and theatrical releases, the franchise continues growing through live events, museum collaborations, retail experiences, consumer products, touring attractions and immersive activations that allow young fans to step directly into the pups’ world.

The Natural History Museum partnership is a fitting example of that strategy. By pairing the film’s dinosaur adventure with one of the world’s leading natural history museums, the experience blends entertainment with curiosity and discovery, encouraging children to connect fictional adventures with real-world learning in an engaging family environment.

The activation also follows a growing trend across children’s entertainment, where major franchises are increasingly extending beyond traditional media to create memorable experiences families can enjoy together. Rather than simply promoting a new movie, brands are building destinations that invite audiences to interact with their favorite characters through play, exploration and hands-on activities.

For PAW Patrol, those experiences have become an increasingly important part of the brand’s identity. Whether through theatrical releases, interactive attractions, themed retail environments or educational partnerships, the franchise continues finding new ways to meet families wherever they choose to play, learn and explore.

As PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie prepares to roar into theaters, the London pop-up demonstrates that the franchise’s latest mission extends well beyond the cinema. It is another step in PAW Patrol’s evolution into one of preschool entertainment’s most comprehensive experiential brands—one where every new adventure creates another opportunity for young fans to become part of the action themselves.

Jocelin Cap: Mother of three. That does not include the dog or my husband either! We have a full household of fun and we just love trying new products of all varieties. May not watch as many kids shows as the rest of the family though.
