We knew that Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life was going to be the same as the Mickey shorts that you either love or hate, in terms of both animation style and story, and now we are able to finally see what we are in for with the chipmunks. Chip and Dale are now living in a park in the city and may bump into their classic friends from time to time, but they will have all sorts of adventures as they try to stay happy and healthy. What we found the most interesting though was the fact that we were able to see another chipmunk working on the small car with a pair of nail clippers kind of like Gadget. So hopefully not only do we get this new chipmunk but maybe even a few others as they are living in the park, that would make us really happy.
You can see Butch, Pluto and Donald Duck’s legs in the intro so expect for them to be at odds with the cute chipmunks from time to time. You can see the opening of Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life below and watch the original series streaming on Disney+ July 28th.
