Do not get us wrong, we really enjoyed the first few seasons of Bunk’d and it gave us some of our favorite Disney Channel characters, so when we heard that Bunk’d was getting a Season 5 is was indeed exciting news. This show has continued to change with all the seasons and characters, as it was originally a spin-off itself. So getting more stories from Camp Kikiwaka and Miranda May as Lou Hockhauser is always a positive, but we have to think, with 5 seasons this show has really changed, so even though this is Season 5 the show is so different from what it was in Season 1 character wise.
While there is some uproar in the Disney community of how did Bunk’d get a 5th season when, , never got to 5 seasons, this is not the Bunk’d from Season 1. This show has had a large change of cast from the beginning and while they are still at Camp Kikiwaka and Lou is still there some people think that there were other more deserving shows that needed more seasons. Every show is different, every cast is different and while we would have loved to have seen more episodes of some other shows as well, be thankful we get another season of Bunk’d. Make sure to catch up if you are behind in your Bunk’d watching to prepare for the new season when it comes out.
