Sofia Wylie, Joshua Rush, Asher Angel, and Peyton Elizabeth Lee jumped on a video to promote kindness with the #choosekindness! tag and everyone should take a watch. They show that kindness goes a long way and that it really is something that everyone can do.
With social media being such a huge way that we communicate, we have to remember to focus on the physical aspect of helping as well. The crew shows us that just the act of letting someone in front of you, helping around school, and giving someone an encouraging word can help make someone happy. It truly can be about the little things and having the kids of a very popular show help kids get on board with that is a great way to start to the choose kindness bug.
