Sofia Carson has a guest role on Marvel’s SpiderMan episode that will be airing on September 16th on Disney XD and we are all super excited. Now with the hype of Descendants 2 winding down, it is great to see (or hear) Sofia Carson on more things Disney. Sofia will play the role of Keemia, who is the estranged daughter of the Sandman (Flint Marko) and it seems that she is also going to possess superpowers of her own. The episode will be titled “Sandman” and will be followed by a few more new episodes of the show. Take a look at the post below showing Sofia doing some work.
We have been excited to watch this new iteration of the SpiderMan show as it gears itself to the teenager and SpiderMan dealing with being a superhero as well as a student. It is hard enough just being a regular teenager, and we love the way Marvel’s SpiderMan is playing out. It is a little lighter and more fun than some of the different versions of SpiderMan that have been out there.
What is next for Sofia Carson as we all patiently wait for some word of Descendants 3, well not all that patiently. Sofia Carson will also be in “Asbury Park” which is currently in pre-production and we look forward to seeing her in that as well. Hopefully there will be more information on that movie soon.
