Nella the Princess Knight is a preschool series from Nickelodeon about a princess that is culturally diverse and not bound by any gender roles (she is also a knight!) Nella will give Nickelodeon another strong character in their preschool line up that can pretty much do it all.
Nella the Princess Knight is an animated preschool series that follows Nella, an unconventional 8-year-old princess, who possesses the royal qualities like compassion and grace, while also embodying the courage and determination of a brave knight. Nella the Princess Knight features a social-emotional curriculum promoting self-confidence, inclusiveness and compassion for others.
Alongside Nella, is her very fun loving unicorn, Trinket and her best friend, Sir Garrett who rides a trusty steed named Clod. Both Trinket and Clod talk so they will be Nella’s supporting characters in the adventures.
Aside from the wonderful story is the BEAUTIFUL animation that we just love! It is colorful and fun with the “monsters” being of the cute and cuddly variety. Nella will often break into song (and she has a great voice) during each of the episodes and the trusty sword she carries is used for a variety of different actions. Each episode will teach the children a lesson like leadership, coming together as a group to problem solve, etc. Overall a great new show that both kids and parents are going to enjoy.

We are sure that Nella The Princess Knight Toys will be soon to follow and will be a hot hit. Looks like they have another hit on their hands.
