The CW Midseason Premiere Dates Announced

The CW has officially announced their midseason schedule and excitingly it includes their newest series, “Riverdale,” the series based on the Archie Comics series.

The midseason premiere schedule debuts the return times for their most popular series “The 100,” “Reign,” “The Originals,” and “iZombie.” You might notice the line up does not include the shows, “Frequency” and “No Tomorrow.” According to reports from Deadline, the two series have moved to Netflix as part of the CW’s new streaming arrangement and no premiere date has been announced yet.

The midseason schedule also includes some rearrangements of their currently airing shows. “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” has moved to a new night beginning Tuesday, January 24 (9:00-10:00pm ET/PT). On Thursday, January 26, “Supernatural” returns from its winter hiatus at its new time (8:00-9:00pm ET/PT). Unfortunately, “The Vampire Diaries” will be concluding after eight seasons on Friday, March 10.
