Frozen Coming to Disney Channel

If you live in a colder snow-y climate much like myself right about now one of the last thing you probably want to think of is anything even related to this winter weather, right?

So now would probably be a less than great moment to mention Frozen. Cue ‘Let it Go’ mentally blasting though your mind, or just actually just breaking into song right about- now!

Despite not even being three years now since the film reached audiences it is hard to think that there might be anyone in the entire world that has no knowledge of one of Disney’s biggest brand of the decade.

But if you, by chance, have not seen Frozen the film follows Anna, an optimist as she sets off on a journey along with an ice man by the name of Kristoff, his reindeer Sven and a talking snowman Olaf to find her sister Elsa. The newly crowned queen of their kingdom of Arendelle who bares mysterious ice powers and has sent their kingdom into an eternal winter.

The movie seemed to have blown up over-night, audiences fell in love with the story and related deeply with the characters as they belted out the songs and purchased goods at such an extent it was nearly impossible to find anything Frozen in physical stores and online the prices skyrocket.  Yet as time marched on the series has managed to maintain a high level of love and their adoring fans. From the short Frozen Fever, books series that continue the tales of Elsa and Anna, ice shows, meet and greets at Disney…three years later Frozen is everywhere you look. It would take less time to list things that have not had Frozen adore it, but even then I might be wrong.

It is almost as if everywhere you look there is something reminding you of the film’s presence.

After all when you earn the title of being one of the highest-grossing films in history a lot comes with that.

Even I cannot help but to be amazed at just how massive Frozen has become after all this time. And with a squeal in the works the hype will only grow, that is one thing you can be sure of.

And like other of Disney’s feature films, it is only a matter of time after their released on home video formats that they find their way to Disney Channel. And on Valentine’s Day fans, new and old, get to re-live the magic that graced us. That is right, Frozen is coming, at long last, to Disney Channel.

Despite being mentioned of such happening last year, fans are excited- as expected.

Yet that is not all the Frozen hype, in an upcoming episode of Disney’s princess-in-training’s series Sofia the First everyone’s favorite snowman is slated to cameo. In the episode titled The Secret Library: Olaf and Miss Nettle airing on February fifteenth at 11:30 am ET/PT fans will see the worlds of Sofia the First and Frozen meet. (Maybe even later down the line we will see Elsa and Anna themselves make an appearance? It is quite possible after all, time will tell.)

So be sure to tune in for the world television premier of Frozen on February fourteenth at 7:00 pm ET/PT, following is the new Disney Channel series Stuck in the Middle, and Olaf’s episode of Sofia the First on Disney Channel.
