“Prettiest Girl in the Room” has an incredibly inspirational message about finding the one person you can call to keep you at your best self.
Tara explained the video, which comes alive through two talented young skateboarders from The Pink Helmet Posse, one rough & tumble pinata, and a whole lot of glitter.
“The fashion and look in the video was inspired by Audrey Hepburn,” says Tara, “We were going for a modern day Audrey Hepburn look. I love her uniqueness & classiness and have always been a huge fan of hers.”
For the video, Tara collaborated with producer Greg Collins (U2, Gwen Stefani) and the track was mixed by multi Grammy award winner Chris Lord Alge. When asked about working with Tara, Alge expressed “[Tara has] pure vocal emotion mixed with the best from the past and the best from the future… true honesty.”
