Eden Wood Of Toddlers and Tiaras To Get Her Own New Reality Show

It looks like there is a little more controversy as one of the stars from TLC’s Toddlers & Tiaras has landed her own show.

Wet Paint Entertainment has reported that Eden Wood has recently signed a contract for her own show with Logo Network.  Few details have been released but reports that filming could start as early as January 2012.  The reality show is supposed to focus on Wood’s planned move to New York City. The six-year-old star visited New York in November with her mother and it is reported that the two also checked out apartments on their visit.  Eden has said that she loves New York City because it is always open.  Logo TV is a cable channel owned by Viacom and has also produced such shows as “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and is geared towards a LGBT audience.

Toddlers & Tiaras has been quite the controversial show since its debut back in 2009.  Back in March of 2010 a parent on the show received death threats after dragging her unwilling daughter off stage because she did not want her hair done.  And in January 2011 another controversy hit the show when another mother who forced her daughter to wax her eyebrows despite the girls pleas.  What do you think of young Eden getting her own reality show?
