Ian Somerhalder & Nina Dobrev In The Killer – Vampire Diaries

By on October 30, 2012

During the upcoming November 8th episode of The Vampire Diaries, we will see a new pact between Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) form! The very curious bond will test both of their limits and we get to see a whole fresh batch of promo photos for the episode, which is called “The Killer”. The new bond between Klaus and Stefan is formed to save Connor (played by Todd Williams), which is surprising since Klaus is known for not being the good guy! You can view the promo stills down below, as well as the official synopsis down below. Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder are both also starring as usual in this episode.

THE HUNTER’S MARK — Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) form an uneasy alliance to try and contain the danger that Connor (guest star Todd Williams) has unleashed on the town. When Connor takes Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen), Matt (Zach Roerig) and April (guest star Grace Phipps) hostage at the Grill, Stefan and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) have a serious disagreement about the best course of action, and Elena (Nina Dobrev) is again caught between the two brothers. The situation quickly turns violent when Klaus sends one of his hybrids, Dean (guest star Blake Hood, “The Young and the Restless”) to stand up to Connor. Caroline (Candice Accola) is surprised to find Hayley (guest star Phoebe Tonkin) at the Lockwood mansion. Meanwhile, Professor Shane (guest star David Alpay) works with Bonnie (Kat Graham) to help her get past her fear and guilt. Chris Grismer directed the episode written by Michael Narducci (#405).

I am glad to see that Klaus still has a big role and that maybe, we will finally get to see a different side of Klaus. I think that will sort of give the writers plenty of wiggle room to play around with different story lines. So I am happy that they have decided to take this path this season, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Stefan will soon find out otherwise that teaming up with Klaus isn’t his smartest choice that he has made.

How do you feel about this upcoming episode? Can Klaus be good or decent? I don’t know, I think that this episode will tell us either way if he can or can not. Hopefully in time we will see what they plan to do with him, but at least in the mea time the writers can have a little fun with him.
