One Direction’s Niall Horan Dishes On Tattoos & Knee Injury
Life is tough for Niall Horan thanks to the fact that his band members and friends are inked. He recently admitted that he was extremely close to getting a green “Made In Ireland” tattoo on his “arse”. He says he went to a Hollywood based tattoo shop and was told no, that they wouldn’t do the since his skin isn’t taunt. He says that he is now grateful that they didn’t do the tattoo. Now on his more serious side, he announced that he screwed up his knee and will need surgery. However, at the response of his concerned fans he said he has no current plans for the surgery due to their upcoming album and tour. For the fans who want to find out what he all had to say about his knee, here is his full quote.
ya know the way I always had a bad knee, added to it playin ball the other day! Its messed up now! Operation time. yeh whenever I have time, coz I need about 2.5 months for rehab for it
As for what he had to say about his attempt at a tattoo, here are those quotes he told The Sun.
Harry and Zayn are going at it with the tattoos. They are covered now. Harry seems to have a different one every day. I decided to get Made In Ireland in green on my arse cheek, and I went to the place in LA where they do it. Me and the boys went in and they said they wouldn’t do it.They said the skin on your arse is too squidgy. It needs to be tight. I suspect they did me a favor. It wasn’t the best idea in the world.
It sounds like he hasn’t been having the best time as of late, but hopefully that will change as we approach closer to their new album’s release. That will be a huge part in changing his luck and hopefully make things improve for him. However, I worried that his knee might throw in a wrench for music videos and concerts. I would think that they could arrange for him to have some time off now, so he can be at 100% for his tour?
Are you glad Niall Horan didn’t get that tattoo? I think most people will since we all know that he would regret it one day. As long as he picks one that will mean something to him, I think he will be able to live with it. As for his knee, I doubt his fans will stop worrying about it until he finally has the surgery. I don’t think anyone wants to see him pain and risk injuring his knee even more by over using it on tour or promotion.

No Niall please do not get a tattoo anywhere. We all love your Irish self just the way you are. If you give in and get one you will regret it someday when you are older.

I LOVE tattoos ! I did my first one for my eighteenth birthday in New York city and I wrote on my shoulder “Born This Way”.
