Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas Show Off New Tattoos

Joe and Nick Jonas are joining the ever growing list of young celebrities to add (or more) ink to themselves. Joe was the first one to share a photo of his new ink, which is a African symbol. He tweeted the meaning of it along with the photo, but didn’t make it clear that was what the symbol meant or where it came from originally. Shortly after Joe, Nick showed off his new tattoo that says “Mercy”. He has it placed on his forearm, which seems to be a popular placement among some of his friends. He tweeted the meaning of his tattoo with the photo, like Joe did. Here is what Joe shared with his new tattoo photo.

Those tattoo seem to have been well thought out and I am happy that they put some thought into it. I personally think that is the biggest issue most will have when it comes to tattoos. However, I do give them kudos for trying to find something that has meaning to them or at least that is how they sound by seeing what they did have inked on to themselves. I wonder if Kevin will be joining them by adding one? It seems like a real idea, even if their family isn’t exactly with it. While I have no idea on how they feel about tattoos, I wouldn’t be surprised if their parents are like most and frown upon the idea.

How do you feel about their new tattoos? Tacky or classy? I say as long as they love them and they have meaning, then more power to them! Nobody wants to see them regret these later on thanks to jumping into having one done. I do think they know better since they don’t seem like people who rush into decisions so fast, but tattoos leave plenty room for error. It will be interesting to see if they will stop here or follow some of their peers and start building a bigger collection. If that is the case, I certainly hope that they still give it some serious thought before having those designs drawn on to their bodies to last pretty much forever.

   Classy for sure! I like both
   Joe’s tattoo represents the kids of Africa. He went there back in 2010 and caused a big impact on him.

   Kevin does have a tattoo, it’s under his wedding ring on his left ring finger and says ‘Dani’.

   On that note, I think Joe’s tattoo is a little tacky. I absolutely adore Nick’s though, it’s very elegant and subtle. It’s quite a coincidence because I was thinking of getting a tattoo of the infinity symbol as .

   I don’t really care for the tats. Those boys are so beautiful. They don’t need to mark thier bodies up. I agree with the other comment. I wish they had got them in a less visible area.
