By on October 13, 2012

Demi Lovato won a MTV Video Music Award for Best Video with Message, and she just finally received the moonman award. She shared the photo of her award with fans on Twitter and tweeted the good news as well. She won the award for her music video of her hit song, “Skyscraper” which was her lead single off of Unbroken. Demi us currently working on The X-Factor and is working on her next album that will have a new single released off of by December. Now to go back to Demi’s happy tweet about finally receiving her big award and first ever MTV VMA.

Yayyyy look what came in the mail!!!

I am glad that Demi Lovato is so happy over it! It is nice to see that even winning an MTV award that might be as grand as a Grammy, it still means something to her. I have a feeling before long she will find herself filled with a house full of awards, so she should get used to seeing all of those shiny awards in her home. That seems to be the path that she is on and I am so happy for her on that since she will certainly need all the kind of positivity that she can have during her recovery.

How do you feel about the photo and how she looks in the photo? She looks so happy and I am glad that it made her day. I think finally seeing your name etched into a pretty popular award has to make you feel pretty special. It likely also helped to prove she is more than just a former Disney star now. It just screams happiness and good things that are likely heading her way in the near future as her career takes even further off.
