Zac Efron Teaches Elmo Patience on Sesame Street
Zac Efron’s once hot career has relaxed just a little, but he still makes time for work and good causes. He recently filmed a segment with Sesame Street with Elmo about how it is important to have patience. Zac acts calm, cool, and collected while everyone’s favorite red puppet acts like his normal self. This episode will be part of the 43 season of the hit PBS series that was created by Jim Henson. Zac is one of the many celebrities who have appeared on the show over the course of 40+ seasons now. While we have no premiere date set for the episode, you can follow your local PBS website for more info. In the meantime you can watch the video down at the bottom.
I am glad that Zac joined them for a special scene! It might help put him into some more fun roles soon enough. I feel like he is overlooked sometimes since he hasn’t had a mega successful project since his Disney days. Granted, being on a kid’s show like Sesame Street won’t provide him Oscar worthy roles, but it should remind people that he is still an actor who deserves to work.
How do you like the clip? Will it help Zac or really have no effect on his career? I hope that it helps his career, but I am not going to hold my breathe on that happening for him. It seems like he might have to work extra hard in his auditions or consider going back to musicals. It certainly does not give him the best career path, but he can always turn it around in the future. Right now, he should just enjoy being part of such a long series on TV (even if it is for just one scene) such as Sesame Street.
