Stills From Hotel Transylvania Video Game With Selena Gomez

By on September 11, 2012

Good news for Selena Gomez fans who always wanted to play the role of a virtual version of her (or at least character)! Her upcoming film Hotel Transylvania will release a video game based on the movie on September 25th, 3 days from the September 28th release of the film. The video game will be released for Nintendo 3DS and regular DS. The game will follow Mavis in her adventures in the hotel and will mostly be made up of puzzle based games from what we hear. You can currently pre-order it at stores like GameStop, Walmart, or Amazon. As for what the graphics will look like, you can check out the screen shots from the game down below to get a sampling of what it will offer in those terms.

I am glad that they will be releasing this game. I had no idea that was going to happen since video games based off movies seems to be a dying art, so it was a nice surprise! I personally cannot wait to see the actual game be released or a game trailer. It sounds like a good game for kids and easy going video game players. It certainly does not sound like a game that will be made for hard core gamers, but it does sound like one that will please fans of light games.

Are you excited for the movie and video game? I am excited for both, but I am sad that we will have to wait for a while for both to be released still. However, we do know that both are set to come out in a few weeks. So that is good news for the fans of the movie and those who are eager to try out the game at long last. Who doesn’t want to try their hand at playing Mavis? I mean, the trailer shows off an awesome character and I think most people would want to play that role if give a chance. So if that chance comes in form of a video game, than so be it.
