Selena Gomez Records Mavis’ In Hotel Transylvania – Video

As we approach closer to Hotel Transylvania release, we are seeing more and more promos for the movie. The latest two are videos showing Selena Gomez recording the voice for her role as Mavis. The movie is about 118 year old Mavis, who has to help hide a human from her dad, Dracula. As we have seen in past promos Mavis is a sassy and normal “young adult” while Dracula is a loving father. It sounds strange and twisted, but will likely be a good Halloween film for families. The movie will actually be released on September 28th, while the video game will come out on September 26. As for the footage of Selena recording her script, you will find both videos down below.

I am glad that this movie has so much hype! I honestly think it sounds like it will have a wide range of humor that kids and adults both can like, while also staying classy. Of course it doesn’t hurt that Selena Gomez was in it and so was Adam Sandler. We know that they both are amazingly funny and I doubt we should expect anything less from this movie. Just by going on the TV spot, it is hard not to crack up over it even if they are supposed to be monsters. They clearly did a good job with the humor level.

I am glad that we get to see a little bit of the behind the scenes. I think it will better help us understand what Selena had to do in order to come across as the sassy Mavis. it seems like she played the role well and I cannot wait to see the whole movie. It sounds like we might get a taste of Selena’s acting in a not so goody-goody kind of character role, so I get a feeling that we might be able to get a sample of what she will be like in Spring Breakers.
