Pink Calls Miley Cyrus Fearless

Miley Cyrus shocked people when she cut off her hair, but many people also pointed out that it looks just like Pink’s hair. The comparisons lasted long and only became stronger after both attended the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. Well Pink recently talked to The Today Show and was asked about Miley’s hair. She had nothing but praise to say about the edgy style that not many are brave enough to pull off. She called her fearless and said that she loves the look, which in her eyes is better than long, brown hair. Here is the full statement that Pink had to say about the punkish ‘do.

“I think she’s beautiful. I think she rocks it way harder than I do. I love Miley. Everyone has long, brown hair. When two girls get fearless and shave their heads, it’s a big deal. I think we’re just a little more daring

I am not suprised that Pink loves it, but I am a little surprised that she is okay with the copied look. Pink has been known for being very opinionated, much like Miley and to hear that she has the lack of words to really explain it says a lot. I personally would think that Miley should have made it more of her own, but I suppose she loves Pink’s so much that she just had to follow the look. Copying is considered a form of flattery and I suppose Pink had to acknowledge it as that. It will be interesting to see how Miley will keep it styled or let it grow out?

Do you approve of Pink’s comment? I do, it was well said and I do agree that it was edgy; but I wouldn’t say it is because of her showing respect for Pink. I think most of all it is because Miley is doing what Pink has always stressed, which is to be yourself regardless of what others think. Pink and Miley are proving that you can do that and someone out there will love the look. It will just take awhile for some to adjust to it . I think we all have had enough time and now I will even admit that I sort of like how it looks on Miley. Plus like Pink pointed it out herself, Miley is working the look and is rocking it out even harder that Pink has! Now that takes some serious skill.

   I Love Miley’s punk-rock hairdo, makes her more angrier, tougher, stronger , edgier, louder and more militant. I like it. Go Miley!
