Nicki Minaj Launches First Fragrance w/ Public Appearance at Macy’s

It seems every popstar and singer eventually releases their own fragrance. Now, internationally known multi-platinum recording artist, Nicki Minaj has joined the ranks of fellow performers with the launch of her debut fragrance, Pink Friday. Minaj will release the new scent with a personal appearance at Macy*s Herald Square in NYC.

On Monday, September 24th, at 3:30 pm (EDT), Nicki Minaj will meet with 300 lucky fans to celebrate the launch of Pink Friday. The opportunity to meet Minaj and get an autographed limited edition Pink Friday commemorative ad will be provided to the first 300 fans purchasing the Macy’s Pink Friday Exclusive Gift Set Bundle.

Additionally, Nicki recently revealed the Pink Friday national ad campaign via Twitter. Shot by top NYC-based commercial photographer Howard Huang, the campaign captures the larger-than-life nature of the fragrance and multi-platinum recording artist behind it.

The product design for the bottle features a statuesque version of Nicki Minaj herself. It has gilded facial features with radiant pink lips and pink hair that has become trademark for Minaj. The deluxe size bottle also features an original NICKI MINAJ nameplate necklace. For the finishing touch, the back panel captures an untamed original image of Nicki for her fans to absolutely cherish.
