Kmart Release 2012 Fab 15 Toys List

Kmart is joining the ever growing list of the hottest toys of this upcoming holiday season by releasing their Fab 15 toy list. Like last year, they compiled a list of some of this years best toys and picked 15 great items (along with another set of additional toys for those who want more ideas). In the mean time while we wait for the holiday season to arrive, Kmart is hold a voting session for you to pick out the top toy of the year out of the Fab 15 list. By doing so you are entered to win a toy from the list, which they will be giving out one day until November 22. You can vote at their official website. Now onwards to the good stuff, we will at first start with the Fab 15 list and then we will get into the bonus ones.

Whew, what a long list they have made! But this should please parents who cannot find toys on their own or are in need of ideas. Then again, for those who want to donate toys this list could be useful for those kind of purchases. As for why they felt the need to have two different list, that seems to be a bit much when they could have provide just 1 list. But hey, it seems like they want to stick with what worked for them last year and I cannot blame them on that.

How do you like the second list? I like them and I like that they add a lot of toys that haven’t made it onto other list. That is a bonus and can give a lot of people ideas that they might not otherwise have thought of. Beyond that, it is just another typical list to help drum up interest before the holiday season really kicks off. The good news is that Kmart does sort of have a valid reason like Walmart and Toys R Us, they do have layaway as an option. Thus, I do find these list justified by that. Do you agree or do you think it is still too early for these kind of list?
