Jennette McCurdy And Ariana Grande To Shoot Sam & Cat In A Few Weeks
Many fans have been eagerly awaiting news of when Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande would start shooting their Nickelodeon pilot Sam & Cat.
Several thought that the pilot would start shooting when Jennette returned from her vacation in Hawaii, but it turns out the two lovely ladies have a few more weeks of time off to enjoy before their busy shooting schedule begins. Of course both girls have taken to Twitter to announce how excited they are to start shooting in a couple of weeks. So far there are no photos from the set of the show yet and there is no date when the show will premiere. The show is tentatively titled “Sam & Cat,” co-starring Jennette’s “iCarly” character Sam Puckett and Ariana’s “Victorious” character Cat Valentine. The story will follow the girls when they move in together as roommates and start a babysitting business to rake in some extra cash. You know the Nick routine — there’s an awesome supporting cast, and of course, lots of crazy hijinks ensue.
Just because the actresses are moving on to a new project doesn’t mean they’re leaving the roles that made them famous behind. The co-stars have nearly 4 million Twitter followers between the two of them, so it’s no surprise the news began trending worldwide. What do you think of this? Are you excited for the new show?
