Demi Lovato and LA Reid recently did an interview with HitFix to talk about the second season of The X-Factor, which they both are judges on the show. Demi shares what she calls her secret weapon on the show, which she seems to be more than excited about! However, she sounded like she wasn’t too keen on sharing those details. I am glad that Demi is so happy and excited about her gig, but you know she has to be somewhat nervous. Those kind of jobs shouldn’t be taken lightly especially when you have a lot of people who come in with hope. However, I am sure she will keep on doing it with class, She doesn’t seem like the kind of person who enjoys being ruthless, even if she does it well for her job. I personally cannot wait to see them weed out the bad and do the live shows. To me those are always far more interesting.

How do you like this interview? I think Demi Lovato and LA seem to get along great, heck they even talk to each other on Twitter! But it is fun to see these two as all smiles and have fun with interacting with each other. I personally think LA, Demi and Britney seem to do their job with class that Simon sorely lacks. We all know that he isn’t known for being nice or tactful, which I think Demi and Britney both can bring regardless of what Simon likes to say about them.
