Austin Mahone Behind the Scenes of the Say Something Video

Austin Mahone might be barely signed, but he is already sctively promoting his lead single “Say Something”. While he was waiting for the September 11 release of the music video, M magazine released a behind the scenes of the music video for his fans. Austin can be seen topless in the video and being surrounded by fans who adore him and his music. His fans of course have swarmed around the video to offer support and love, even though it is certainly far away from being his official video! Austin recently just announced that he was being signed at long last, something that he has hoped for since his start on YouTube a couple of years ago. As for when his debut album is released, that remains to be unknown as of right now.

I am glad that Austin Mahone is working hard to really kick start his career past YouTube. It is a normal and healthy path to go down, but I am a tiny bit worried about how some might react as he gains even more followers? It seems like some might become mad at him for success and call him things like a “sell-out”-which he isn’t. In fact, he is anything but that, yet I know some “under discovered” talent is often dissed once they go mainstream. No matter what happens in his career, I think we can all agree that he has a good start and a good chance to make it actually work.

How do you feel about the video? Has Austin made a good start at a hopefully long, musical career? I would say so, but the business is brutal and a lot of things remain unseen to his freshly signed mind. However, neither have many other stars who have been dealing with the ugly side of fame. Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, and One Direction have all complained a little, so Austin might want to hear what they have to say and take it to heart for his own benefit.

   as usual, a typical justin bieber rip off done by austin mahone. he really needs to get some originality rather than following every single thing justin bieber does from his songs to doing the douggie and jerkin in concerts, hair, and style. the varsity jackets with the letter a is a rip off of justins signature letter b jackets, not to mention the james dean look he has been doing with the kick off of the believe tour. if he wants to be the first austin mahone and not the next justin bieber he needs to stop being a copycat of jb. not denying austin has talent but those are facts. ive only touched the surface of copy catted qualities of this video. anyone who says im hating needs a reality check. haters gonna hate mahomies gonna love. singers gonna be talentedly original, austin mahone gonna copy the biebs
