By on August 15, 2012

Taylor Swift has recently held a live chat session with fans and announced her new single! It is called “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and she has already debuted it for her adoring fans. However, if that wasn’t enough, she also announced her next album, which is called Red and will be released on October 22. Taylor also shared that she typically and naturally gravitates to the love songs, which we already knew. You can catch her new single down below and see both the single & album covers down below as well. No word on when Taylor’s music video will come out, but hopefully it will not be a too much longer wait!

I am glad that Taylor is releasing new music and that she announced it like she did with Speak Now. Taylor has been very good about keeping her fans updated. Hopefully we can expect more info on the upcoming, 14 track album. She seems to be pretty excited about it and her new single, so I am sure it will be great. Let’s just hope that time goes by fast so we can enjoy and show our support for our favorite country singer. It appears that she is eager to head back out on the road.

How do you like her new single and album announcement? I am beyond thrilled! It seems like she has been good at keeping her work on it under wraps. I cannot wait to hear more about it over time. I have a feeling that this album will be an important one for her career. How could it not be when she recorded it during a happy friendship/relationship and enjoying life? True, her music so far hasn’t changed it’s tone, but she just seems to be in such a high point in her life. Thus, it makes this album all that more important for her.
