Sam Claflin Lands A Role In Catching Fire

It’s been confirmed that Sam Claflin(from Snow White and the Huntsman) landed a big role in The Hunger Games:Catching Fire. The role he landed was for Finnick Odair. This plum role was apparently a highly coveted role as it was rumored that many young actors including Armie Hammer, Zac Efron, Garrett Hedlund, and Grant Gustin.

Catching Fire is the exciting sequel to The Hunger Games, the best-selling trilogy by Suzanne Collins. The story follows Katniss Everdeen, a teenage girl who just came home after winning the Hunger Games with her new friend Peeta. Although they won a significant amount of wealth, life hasn’t got any easier for them and Peeta realizes that Katniss may not care for him as much as he thought she did. Want to find out more about what happens next? You’ll have to wait for the movie or read the book. I can’t wait to see what happens with the next movie and I think most of us can agree that it’s going to be nothing short of epic. Are you looking forward to the next movie?
