Justin Bieber Believe Tour Holds Dancer Tryouts

By on August 2, 2012

Justin Bieber is preparing for his Believe tour and while it is only a couple weeks away, he has just started searching for his backup dancers on July 31st. As any young star of today would, he went to Twitter to thank the dancers who tried out. The tour director Jon Chu also joined in the tweeting fun and said they were building the Believe tour army. He also shared a photo of all of the dancers hoping to be picked as one of his dancers. No word on if or how many they picked, but hopefully they have that taken care of by now. Here is the tweet that Jon made, along with the photo.

Justin then in turn tweeted the following thanks, showing gratitude to those who came out to try to join his tour.

All the incredible talented dancers who came out to auditions 2day…thank u. was humbled by it all. going to be a great show. #BELIEVEtour

First of all, I am surprised at how behind they all are. They should have done this weeks ago in order to give ample practice to the dancers. However, this does prove that it has to be more of his management than him when it comes to be behind. I do hope that once the tour starts, everything will be lined up to perfection. I am going to have to trust that will happen. Justin knows that time is money and I am sure he isn’t happy about running behind. I do wish that his team would address it, though. I think that would be the most respectful thing to do for his fans and those who have been waiting in the sidelines for music videos to news about the tour to hiring dancers.

How do you feel about their delay? I understand that sometimes people do run behind, but normally they explain why that is the case. They haven’t yet and it seems to be pretty clear now that it isn’t Justin behind it. As for picking the dancers, I assume that they know what they are looking for and that it shouldn’t be too hard to narrow down their search. However, depending on how many people tried out, that could be a long day and even make it hard to weed out the bad ones. Hopefully nobody got too crushed if they have already done the call backs. Would you want to try out for Justin’s backup dancers?
