Gil Birmingham Gives Flashback of Taylor Lautner & Rob Pattinson

Twilight star Gil Birmingham recently shared old photos from the set of the saga on his official Facebook fan page. He played Billy Black, Jacob’s father in the franchise. The photos that he just shared were with Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. The final movie in the saga, Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 will premiere on November 16th. Gil has kindly been looking back on his time with the cast when he filmed with them as a way to prepare for the final chapter to close. You can see both photos down below this post.

I am so pleased to see these personal photos from Gil. I feel like they make a great gift and flashback on one of our all time favorite sagas. I would love to see more of these photos from him or anyone else. I think it will help us remind us what we will miss and build back up the excitement for the last movie. I know that I will be crying in the theater and feel sad after the credits roll on the screen. It is such a bittersweet thing to deal with. I can only assume how the stars must feel. I think Rob is happy, but Taylor seemed much more connected to the saga, so I can assume he is sad about the end. I am not sure what all of us twi-hards will do without them after November.

How do you like the photos that Gil shared? I love them and want more already! It shows us just how close they all were, at least at one point. Plus you get to see just how much Taylor had to do in order to keep his role in New Moon. I love the fact that he was so dedicated in keeping his role and wanted to make sure that he would be the one to return as Jacob. I honestly cannot think of a better actor for the role than him and thanks to his new image he has been able to have some juicy roles now. Aren’t you amazed by how little looking he was back then?
