Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days UK Posters Unveiled
Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days might becoming out on August 3, but their studio is not done with promotion for the family film. Two new posters for the third film in the franchise has come out and these are for the UK. This is a sequel to Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules which came out in Spring 2011. This movie combines the two books Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Last Straw and Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days, written by Jeff Kinney. Here is what IMDb has as the synopsis of the movie, if you are unaware of the book series or the story behind this film.
School is out and Greg is ready for the days of summer, when all his plans go wrong. What on earth is he going to do all summer?
It sounds like this movie will be just as amazing as the first two were. I know that I am pushing it when I saw that I want more sequels since Zachary Gordon (who plays Greg Heffley) is entering his mature years so to speak. But I am still dreaming since I really do love those movies. They made laugh so hard, even if they are immature to say at the least. I think they really are an example of a real family film and I love that. We need more movies like this one to hold families over until the holiday season.
How do you like the posters? I love them, but as I stated before, I love the franchise. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that I love the posters. I do wish that they would air more TV spots for it, but sadly I don’t see them very often here where I live. I do think this movie will be a highlight for so many kids before school returns. It seems just to be the perfect one last summer film that will end this year’s summer on a high note. Are you looking forward to Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days?
