Details On Miley Cyrus’ Two and A Half Men & Angus T Jones Comments

By on August 28, 2012

Miley Cyrus has been “confirmed” to have a minor role in Angus T. Jones and Ashton Kutcher’s Two and A Half Men as Missy. She will appear on at least two episodes this fall (the series’ new season premieres on September 27), with room for more. She will play a family friend of the Walden’s and visits shortly before Jake returns, which she then moves on to date. No word on if she will have more future episodes yet, but at least two have been “confirmed”. As for her co-star and love interest on the series, Angus had this to say about Miley and even hinting at not working with her yet.

I’ve met her a few times before and it would be fun to work with her.

It certainly sounds like a lot of fun for Miley and it might even help her career in terms of acting again! I sort of hope that she does become for a fixture for the show and we get to see her on it for more than just a few episodes. She has proven herself as a talented actress and I think she could help boost the show that has yet to recover from Charlie Sheen’s departure. But I can also see how Miley might not be ready to jump into acting right away again with both feet when she has bot a wedding and an album coming up soon. That might be more than she can handle right now, so doing a short stint could be the solution to that.

Did Angus give an interesting answer? I think so, but I also find it interesting on how CBS is working to keep it hush-hush. We all know that Miley and her team wanted the role, plus the fact that the show is hurting is a good enough reason to bring her onboard. So I am not so sure why they feel the need to hide as much about it as they can. It seems to be pretty much set in stone, so they cannot really do anything to stop the news from leaking out-even if Angus is trying to help keep it hushed. Do you think Miley has already filmed or do you think Angus was lying about not working with her yet?
