Breaking Dawn Part 2 With Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Won’t Follow Book Completely

Twilight Saga has remained close to the books as close as most movies can get, but recently fans got a surprise about the final chapter in the franchise. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart talked to Entertainment Weekly and announced that the movie has some changes made by Stephenie Meyer and Melissa Rosenberg, the screen writer. They both stressed that the changes were made by Twi-hard fans and make the story even better than it was before. Here is what Kristen Stewart had to say about the changes.

It’s clearly made by someone who really likes [the saga], who really cares

Robert Pattinson added the following-

When I first read the script, I got to that part and was like, ‘What?” And then I had to go back a page. It does it a serious justice

I am glad that they are behind the changes, but I am still a tad concerned about them. Hopefully since Melissa and Stephenie made them, they will be good and follow the story well. However, with that being said I am still not sure why they made those changes were made. I think the book was perfect and I would love if they kept it fully true to the book, but I guess they felt that wouldn’t do well in Hollywood. What a shame, but I am going to trust them here.

How do you like the news? What part do you think or hope that they change? I cannot pick since the whole book was great, but I get the feeling it has to do with Jacob. That seems to be an area that I can see where they may feel it needs tuning up. However, I can also see where they may feel like the Volturi and rest of the vamp clans may need tweaking. I guess in the end it doesn’t matter, since the changes were made and we have no clue. We will have to wait until November 16th to find out.

   They totally made a big hollywood battle with the Volturi at the end instead of Bella being the one who saves them with her shield. Totally detracts from the story in my opinion but who knows it could be entertaining.

     Danielle, I am guessing that Bella will still use her shield in the big battle and save the Cullens, but afterwards, they will show Jacob and Renesme together and Renesme will be closer to Jacob’s age. I bet they thought the difference in ages would freak out the American audience.
