Alexander Ludwig Signs Hunger Games DVDs in Miami

By on August 21, 2012

Alexander Ludwig might only have a chance to live in The Hunger Games world once, but he is milking it. He went to Miami to do a DVD signing session for those who bought the movie on DVD. He was happy to spend his day with fans to relive the moment once again within the world of The Hunger Games. While he was busy there, he made time to tweet and share his thoughts about the special treat. Here is what he all had to say through out the day about his big DVD signing session.

En Route to the signing at @Walmart…#Stoked to see my crazy fans ;) #gottalovethosefans….So lucky to have such incredible fans. Say cool. Rollin back to the hotel. #gottalovethosefans…Miami, u guys are awesome! Fans were crazy! Love it! #thankyou Walmart!

He clearly hasn’t seen as crazy fans as some have before! But at least he is having fun and enjoyed the special day. While we sadly have no word on how many attended the event, we can assume a large amount since it is a major city. He seemed to feel very blessed to connect with his fan base before Catching Fire kicks off filming and takes the attention away from his role in the first movie. As if he plans on doing any more signings, we have no news of that so far.

How do you like his comments? Should he do more of these kind of events? It would be nice, but at the same time I can see that he is busy with his career. While I am sad that he won’t return, I don’t think anyone will ever forget the epic fight or his role. He will always be remembered as one of the worse villains in movies by far. It isn’t much of a honor, but it will be a nice way to look back on his career and 2012. He clearly had a special role and that in itself is a honor, regardless of what role it was.

He isn’t “milking it” or whatever.
The Hunger Games DVD is coming out, so he is busy doing promotions and such for the movie.
Plus, he’s one of the most influential characters in Book 1, so…
