Vampire Diaries Nina Dobrev Shows Off Rap Skills

By on July 5, 2012

The Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev recently showed off her rap skills! She joined Funny or Die about suntan lotion with her The Perks of Being a Wallflower co-star Nicholas Braun. She also shared a few jokes with Esquire, who interviewed her for their Me in my Place feature. You will find both videos down below this post. Her new movie is slated for a September 24th release, which will also star Emma Watson.

I am glad that she has been having so much fun. Jokes and doing fun videos can make everyone feel about 10 times better. I personally think she could easily crossover and become a singer, but I think that she likes to stick with acting. I wonder what we can expect from her role in The Perks of Being a Wallflower? I think we all can say that we are curious to see how they will make this movie be alive on the screen, when so many fans have made their own internal films in their heads for it. Sort of like the issue that some have had with Harry Potter, Twilight and now The Hunger Games. It will certainly be a tough feat to please everyone who loved the book.

Are you excited for the movie and return of The Vampire Diaries? I am excited for both! I think they will have a nice breakthrough on her series and to see her in a big role without vampires will be nice. As for her rap, I think she can clearly do it well. However, it will be up with what she wants to do. I am not sure if music is something that she wants or not. We clearly know that she enjoys acting and does well in it, so maybe she should stick with what she knows best. How do you feel about her rapping skills?
