Taylor Swift Reigns As Queen In Forbes Top 10 Under 30
Justin Bieber has been knocked off from the #1 spot on Forbes list of Top 10 Stars Under 30! Country princess and crooner, Taylor Swift is now at the top of the list with $57 million to her name. It is a collective amount of earnings from her albums, music videos, concerts, perfume and also her CoverGirl deal. Not bad for a 22-year-old! Justin sits at second place with a toasty $55 million, with Rihanna right behind him in third place with $53 million. The top 5 is then rounded off with Lady Gaga ($52 million) and Katy Perry ($45 million). Certainly it is not a bad list of some of the youngest and most powerful stars today. You will find the full list down below and a video about the top 5 below the list.
I am glad that Taylor Swift is on top. She has worked so hard and never reached this point until now. Justin certainly has had his chance and he could easily nab the title back next year. However, we also have to remember that last year Taylor was touring and being more active so to speak in her career. Now that Justin is active and she isn’t, it would have to take some serious endorsement deals to keep her in that spot.
How do you feel about Taylor dethroning Justin? It was neat, but he certainly did not do shabby. He is younger than the rest of the top 5 and he certainly ranked in more than they did. It would be hard to say that we feel sorry for him when he did a darn good job. I am sure he isn’t feeling pained over his earnings by far. Music is a business and some years will be better than other. So I don’t see why any of these 30 fab stars have a reason to be upset over their ranking on this list. They have no real reason for that, if you ask me. How do you guys feel about the whole list?
