Taylor Swift Announces Wonderstruck Enchanted

By on July 3, 2012

Taylor Swift is trying to compete with Selena Gomez! She recently released her second fragrance called Wonderstruck Enchanted. It is a new edition of her original Wonderstruck, which came out last fall. Taylor calls the scent romantic and says it is supposed to remind you of that moment you fall in love. Taylor announced the news and showed off the new bottle design to her fans over the weekend. Here is her official statement about the new scent.

Wonderstruck Enchanted is the next chapter in the story of my Wonderstruck fragrance, irresistible blend of luscious wild berries and sugar-glazed petals, wrapped in a touch of sensuality.

It sounds lovely! I cannot wait until I can smell it. I am also loving the bottle design. It is much better than her friend Selena’s design in my eyes. I think it looks more mature and I love the color of it! It seems to fit her berry inspired scent well. I have no doubt that the color of the bottle was not a coincidence. She knows what will look good and she wanted to sort of give everyone an idea of what it will be like before they smell it. It seems like a perfect marketing idea that she could make. Then again, red is the color of love and I am sure that certainly did not hurt her choice in choosing it. She is often seen in different shades of red, so the berry-ish red makes perfect sense for her new fragrance.

Do you like the concept and bottle design? It is very pretty, much like the original one is. I also like how she kept the design mostly basic, since it still is a kind of her original. I sort of expect this to be a more mature and even nighttime kind of scent. Just based on how she described it, the name and color of the bottle. It seems like a natural choice for her to make, but I am not sure how many owners of the original scent will like this one? I suppose we will all have to take a whiff to see who and who does not like it.
