Robert Pattinson – I Have Zero Plans To Marry Kristen Stewart

By on July 25, 2012

Robert Pattinson has come out to squash the rumors of his engagement (and babies) to Kristen Stewart. Some gossip rags have started the rumor that he proposed to his Breaking Dawn Part 2 co-star, who reportedly said yes. The magazine did such a good job, Rob claims that his own mother believed it! However, he debunks the rumor in a interview with BlackBook magazine and even goes as far as saying that he has no plans to marry her anytime soon! It sounds like a very wise decision on his half. You can hear more about it in the video down below.

I am glad that Rob cleared up the rumors, but I will say that most do want to see them get married to each other, I am not so sure if that is in the books for them. Rob seems serious about her, but Kristen seems to have her mind elsewhere. So it is sort of sad, but I think we can root for them if they can make things work long term. Hopefully the current rumors will fade and be found as just that, rumors. I mean, we want to see that happy ending become a reality for the two stars and while they may not happen now, we can hope for it in the future down the road from now.

How do you feel about him clearing up the rumor? It is good that he wanted to clear it up, but some might feel like it helps to feed into the rumor about Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson being on the rocks thanks to her role in Snow White and the Huntsman. Granted, we don’t know why he released this info or even when. But I doubt that will stop the rumor train fully and Rob might end up regretting ever saying anything about it. Do you think it was smart on his end or do you think it came out in a unfortunate time for them as a couple?
