Kristen Stewart Earns More Than Angelina Jolie – Robert Pattionson Not Far Behind

Kristen Stewart has beat Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz and Julia Roberts as the highest paid actress between 2011-2012. She earned herself a handsome $34.5 million. It certainly comes as a surprise, but we all know that she has been becoming an in-demand actress ever since she joined the massively successful Twilight Saga. Speaking of that movie franchise, her fellow stars Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson are also in the top 10 list of highest paid actors in Hollywood. They are tied with $26.5 million in earnings, which places in them the 10th and 11th spots (even though they both should have been counted at 10th spot). Here is the official list for both actors and actresses that were considered as some of the highest paid in the industry.

This is good news for all three of the stars, but it is the best news mostly for Kristen. For someone that people complain about her acting, she certainly is doing better than what her critics think she should. I am so happy that she is doing so well, but at the same time I do feel bad for Rob and Taylor not doing as well. Granted, I am sure part of those earnings was from her contract for Snow White and the Huntsman. However, she certainly isn’t doing shabby in landing roles at all, but neither is Rob. I am curious to see where Taylor’s career will go next?

Are you surptised by how well all three stars are doing when you consider their critics? I am a little bit, I won’t deny that. But we already know they have a huge fan base that will follow them. I am sure that helps hike up their earning potential, even though it could also be seen as a risk. However, it is great news to know that they are seen to be much more than their characters in the saga. It is a good step in the right direction for a lasting career to say at the least. Maybe one day they all can win Oscar awards!
