Justin Bieber Says One Direction Stole His Hairstyle

Sometimes it is not all collaborations and singing praises between pop bands and other singers, sometimes there is a bit of barbs between them.

Justin Bieber decided recently to open up and pick a little fight with One Direction.  The Boyfriend singer opened up and has made claims that his hairstyle has been stolen by the U.K. boy band.  He told We Love Pop Magazine, “It was more like, everyone’s got my hair now and I need to change it up a little bit! Once I had my hair, I felt everybody else started to do the same thing, so I decided to change it.”  Ouch, sounds a little harsh.  But Bieber cannot be completely to blame the hairstyle he had a few years ago was quite popular and has grown more so since his catapulting to fame.

Justin is currently filming the highly anticipated music video for his new single As Long As You Love Me.  Justin also teased that both his mentor Usher and ‘This Is Love’ rapper will.i.am have filmed appearances in the video, despite rapper Big Sean being the only official collaborator on ‘As Long As You Love Me‘.  Last week Justin announced the first full details of his upcoming UK ‘Believe’ tour , which will feature nine dates across cities including Birmingham and London, and kicks off at the Manchester Arena on 21st February 2013.  What do you think of Bieber’s little barb?  Do you think One Direction stole their hairstyle from Justin?

   I think this is stupid I mean there are many people in the world that have the same hairstyle. One direction is amazayn. Picking a fight over a hairstyle??? Really???? And besides Justin never mentioned anything about one direction

   JUSTIN BIEBER, YOU DON’T OWN THAT HAIRSTYLE. YOU DIDN’T INVENT A HAIR FLIP. It was done by Zac Efron before you, Drake Bell before him, Jesse McCartney before him, and so on and so forth.
   Yes, I’m mad. I have had my hair shaggy my whole life kind of like a Beatles cut but with more layers rather than a bowl and I’m older than Bieber, in college, so having people constantly say “Dude, why do you have Justin Biebers’ hair,” gets annoying to say the least.
   Hopefeully Justin Bieber starts receding or thinning so he has no choice but to shave it all off. Then see how many of his “fans,” remain loyal. Then you will find out who realy likes his music rather than just his looks.

   … One direction don’t all have the same hair style, so it’s not like they all have the bieber cut. And Liam straightened his hair in 2010 so he used to kind of have it, but by 2011 his hair was curly and now it’s shorter and different. As for JB’s hair now, none of them have that mess. Niall has his golden locks, Louis has the swept look, Harry has his curls, Zayn has the quiff, and Liam has his new coiffed ‘do. So this is dumb, like Justin Bieber himself.
