Jennette McCurdy Shares Special iCarly Photo

Jennette McCurdy and Miranda Cosgrove along with the rest of iCarly cast have finished filming the show for good last month. It was a Kodak kind of day and Jennette shared a picture from their last on the set. It was of her posing with the assistant director team. She wore a fun and big smile, but you can tell that it was a sad day for everyone tied to the show. We should expect the final season to air later on this year. Jennette will be moving on to her own show, where she will star as the main character in it. No word on when her show will premiere as of yet. For what she tweeted along with the photo, here it is.

I am glad that she could smile about it, but you know that they all had to be sad. They pretty much grew up in infront of our eyes on that show and it became a huge part of their lives. Dare I even say that they were likely a family? I mean, how could they not when they spend so much time together on the set? I would think that everybody would be so close that it would be next to impossible to say goodbye. Or maybe that is just the kind of person that I am when it comes to leaving what I know.

How do you like the photo? Can you believe iCarly‘s days are numbered? I can’t, but I will say that they had a great run. It ended on a high note and I am so happy for them. But I do wish that we all had a bit more of warning before they started their last season. It was rumored for a while, but I think we all were hoping to be wrong on that one. I guess I just don’t feel like we the fans had enough time to hear about the end of production and thus the end of the actual series, despite that we will see an actual end to it. Maybe that doesn’t make all that sense, but I just feel like we really had no fair warning to say at the least.
