Demi Lovato Still Calls Niall Horan A Friend In New Interview

By on July 7, 2012

Demi Lovato has an upcoming interview with New.Live.Music for MuchMusic that will air on July 11, which they just released a preview for. In the preview they of course talk about Demi’s much rumored friendship with Niall Horan of One Direction. Her answer remains pretty much the same as her last interview and also echoes his own statements regarding Demi. You can catch the preview down below to find out what she all had to say about Niall down at the bottom of this post.

I am glad that Demi Lovato is being open, but I think she knows that they are not fooling us. We can tell that they like each other and with his free time now it is only a matter of when they will meet. Nobody expects these two just to stay friends. We all can see that strong attraction and even they cannot deny it. I will say that Niall Horan is different from Demi’s previous love interests. However, that could be a good thing since none of her past relationships worked out because she picked not so great guys. I am hoping that if they do end up dating that it will work out for the both of them and be a healthy one.

Do you believe Demi or not? I know at first I was thinking that she wasn’t denying nor confirming, and I do stand by that. But I do agree that they are more likely friends at this point. The fact that the two haven’t even met should hold some grain of truth in there. It is extremely hard for anyone to have a long distance relationship, let alone with someone that you have not met. So I like to think that they both know that they are just friends, with a strong potential of becoming more than just that.
