Demi Lovato Brings Skyscraper To GMA

By on July 9, 2012

Demi Lovato appeared on Good Morning America for their summer concert series and sang three songs during the show. Of course one was “Skyscraper“, while the other twp were “Give Your Heart a Break” and “Fix A Heart”. You can catch all three performances down at the bottom, along with a fun interview asking her about her new show, touring and her guilty pleasures! All fun chitchat with one of today’s hottest stars. She even shares that she thinks being a role model is more about being honest than perfect! It sounds like she has a good head on her shoulders. You can currently catch her own tour and this fall on The X-Factor.

I am happy that she seems to be happy. I think that is a huge deal for her to be healthy and happy. Music really agrees with her and I glad that she has found a place where she is happy in her life. As for her music, we all know that the girl can sing. I hope with her upcoming album that she shows off her range even more, but for her to also go back to rock. I think she could easily find a happy medium between the two and it seems like with her slowing adding rock songs back into the mix that she is itching to return to that sound. However, that will remain to be seen.

Do you like her interview and performances? I do, but then again I am a huge fan of hers. I am rooting for her all the way and I am so happy that looks to be in a good place. I certainly hope that her judging gig will prover her critics wrong and for her to stay on this healthier track. I won’ t deny and say that I am wondering if this recovery theme will continue on her next album? I hope so, but I also think she needs to find a few light things to sing about for her own sake, much like she did with the last album. By her talk, it sounds like might even be more serious than Unbroken
