Debby Ryan To Appear In Episode Of The Glades

Debby Ryan, star of the hit Disney Channel series “Jessie” will guest starring in an upcoming episode of “The Glades.” The A&E series follows Chicago detective taking a South Florida job with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) after being falsely accused of sleeping with his captain’s wife. He assumes it will afford him a more relaxing lifestyle, but he finds things are more complicated than he had imagined.

Ryan will appear in the episode entitled “Fountain of Youth” which will premiere on July 22 at 9PM ET/PT. She guest stars as Krista Johnson, a receptionist at a high-end spa who started working there when she learned the owner is her birth mother who gave her up for adoption.  While Krista desperately tries to win her way back into her mother’s heart and life, an accident during a struggle sets in motion a chain of events that leaves her mother dead.

The official synopsis of the episode is as follows:

When the co-owner of a luxury medical spa turns up dead, Det. Jim Longworth (Matt Passmore) and Bureau Chief Jennifer Starke (Taylor Cole) investigate the spa’s members and discover the high costs the wealthy pay in order to stay looking young and beautiful. Meanwhile, Callie (Kiele Sanchez) gets anxious while both studying for her boards and preparing for her testimony against Elkins. Her house in Palm Glades is falling apart, but her life in Atlanta is picking up.
