CW’s Oh Sit Preview
CW is gearing up for the release of their upcoming late summer and fall series, which includes the new show Oh Sit!. The series will be an hour long game show that will be a take on musical chairs. While the game show won’t premiere until August 15th, CW has released the first preview of the lively game. Based on the preview, the players will have different rounds of other activities as well as being required to find a seat after those activities are done. It sounds complicated and the preview doesn’t make the plot clear, but it sounds like this will be an extreme case of musical chairs. You can catch the preview down below this post.
I am not sure what to say about this game. It sounds distracting by the looks of the preview and I hope that won’t be the case. I will say that the concept is fun, but I am curious to see how they actually execute it. That sounds like that could be the hardest part of the show, so that will play a huge role in success. However, I do see how the younger crowds could enjoy it. It will be fun to see how it actually turns out. I sort of have high hopes for it, but I am not going to fully say that is the case until it actually premiers.
How do you like the preview of the show? It is jumbled, but I realize that they cannot fit every detail into a promo. So yes, I am holding out for the premiere. It should be fun to see how well it does and to see if they can make a more mature version of musical chairs successful. That would be great news for the show and production team. I wonder why CW decided to give this show a go? That is something that I am interested in, since I don’t normally peg them as a game show kind of network. Are you surprised by their choice?
