China Anne McClain’s Releases Music Video for Dancing by Myself

By on July 11, 2012

A.N.T. Farm‘s China Anne McClain has released a music video for her new single, “Dancing By Myself”. The song was debuted on her series, but she is releasing it as a single it seems. China and her sister’s both have been known for their musical talent, even though China has been the one with the main focus from Disney. You can see the music was filmed during the episode that the song premiered on. You can watch it down below if you wish to hear the song or want to see what the big deal is all about.

I am glad that China has been given the chance to shine and thus, help her sister. I personally hope we can see more of them performing as a family. I think that is what they want and as fans, we want that for them. However, I understand that China is likely under a tight contract and she might not be able to do that much with her sister’s career wise outside of Disney. Either way, I am sure China is feeling pretty good about her career at the very least. She has reached it to this point and I am sure she has much more to offer in the future as she gets older and more acting slots open up in Disney for movies, etc.

How do you feel about her new song? Could China become the next Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus or Demi Lovato? I think she could, but I also think she needs to wait for it to happen since it doesn’t take place overnight. Does that mean I am not rooting for China? By all means no, and I am not even sure if that is what China wants or not. But I do think that give it another year or a little less to see where Disney decides to take her next and to see if she can become one of their famous It girls or not.
